Birmingham’s most expensive AirBnb has been reduced in price – but still costs a staggering £1,250 a night.

The luxurious house was previously priced at an eye-watering £1,800. So what do you get for this ludicrously high price (considering the cheapest airbnb rental in Brum is just £8 a night!)?

The huge house has seven bedrooms, although can accommodate up to twenty guests, with a selection of blow up and fold out beds on offer. There are also eight reception rooms and six bathrooms.

The stunning master suite has a bath behind the head of the bed. There are two gyms, a fabulous kitchen, a snooker room and an outdoor heated swimming pool with covered dining area, bar and barbeque beside it.

Guests have sole access to all amenities to the pool, gym and tennis court during their stay.

The property also comes with its own fully equipped gym and balconies with stunning views over the landscaped gardens.

Amazingly, along with the use of this unbelievable property you can also have access to chauffeur, housekeepers, chefs and massage therapists if you make a request to the owner!

Although this might seem a great location for a wild night but the listing states “ Strictly no parties or loud noise are allowed.’

The listing does state that the property would be great for “a luxury families’ get-away or a special event like wedding, honeymoon, anniversary or as a film location.”

Despite the hefty price, available bookings seem to be in short supply – with August 2017 almost fully booked.

The house also has some good reviews from those who have stayed there – one user stating that “The host was very welcoming, friendly and helpful” and another saying, “A great place for a family get together with plenty of space and a wonderful table for family meals.”

The property is listed as being near to Birmingham Airport and NEC but is actually located in Fillongley Park near Fillongley in Coventry -around 20 miles from Birmingham city centre.
